Summary
NexaThai is a language learning / writing product. Unlike NexaWal, NexaThai may use cloud features that involve an email address, saved progress on Nexatrode servers, and limited product analytics when those features are enabled or required for the experience.
Accounts and contact information
If you create or use an account, we may process information such as your email address and authentication-related identifiers so we can provide sign-in, recover access, and associate your progress with your account.
Learning progress and content
To sync progress across devices or restore after reinstall, we may store learning progress, preferences, and related app state on Nexatrode servers when cloud sync or account-backed features are used. Writing content you enter may be processed as needed to deliver the feature you requested. We do not sell your writing content.
On-device data
Some writing content and preferences may also be stored locally on your device so the app can function offline or between syncs.
Analytics and usage data
We may collect limited product analytics to understand reliability and improve the app, such as session duration, which screens are viewed, coarse activity counts (for example, number of characters typed — not necessarily the full text), and crash or diagnostic signals when available.
Third-party services
Depending on the build, NexaThai may rely on infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, authentication, or store platforms). App store platforms have separate policies for distribution.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your NexaThai writing content to train third-party advertising models.
